As a Level 3 NASM Certified personal trainer I love the challenge of indulging into your goals and providing you with a plan to achieve them. Using a systematic approach, we will follow the path together as we progress your strength, fitness, power and overall health.
Personalised plan
Get up to an 8 week program that you can follow with my assistance. You can select the number of sessions you want to do each week
Online support
I will provide support and weekly check ins to make sure you are on track with your goals.
Results
We will test at the beginning, during and at the end of the program so that we can monitor your improvement and continuously improve the plan as we go.
